Leicestershire Annual Pet Food Run 2007 (aka Dogs Dinner Dash)

On a sunny September day over 150 riders gathered at Rockingham Classics in Great Oxendon, near Market Harborough, Leicestershire to take part in what has become a popular annual charity ride.

Following a ride of 30 miles on quiet country lanes the ride ended up at the Leicester & Leicestershire Animal Aid Centre at Huncote.

There the riders were welcomed by the manager and the gifts handed over, events on the day raised over £780 and the gifts donated and collected by the riders totalled over £1000 in value.

My thanks must go to all the people who helped organise the event, the riders, the marshals and staff at Huncote.
