  • Stafford motorcycle forum is currently being set up - waiting for Staffs County Council to organise
  • Ongoing "Think Once, Think Twice, Think Bike Campaign" aimed at other road users. Involves posters, bumper stickers, bus backs etc. This has now been running for 4 years
  • 4 locally supported BikeSafe events with Staffs Constabulary. Dates for 2006 to be announced but 2 will be in stoke and 2 in south of county
  • Red route campaigns aimed at roads with high biker accident rates
    A449 - Womborne - Kinver
    A500 - Stoke - Newcastle
    A51 - Stone - Woore
    A38 - Swifen - Bassetts Pole
    Involves blanket coverage of all houses, businesses, pubs, garages etc along the road in question with leaflets to make drivers aware of biking issues
  • Distribution in Stoke of more Fuel Spillage/Pothole hotline cards
